This ship is a 40m utility / support vessel. It’s unrestricted navigation service , classed by ABS with notation of + A1(E) OFFSHORE SUPPORT VESSEL + AMS for Unrestricted Navigation.

The sieries vessels of four (4) are buliding in Nantong area, two (2) are buliding in Wuxi area, and these two (2) ones are to be bulit in Wuchang shipbuilding.
