As per transportation minister board, from 1 September 2018, import second bulk carrier to domestic service will be limited by Tier II requirements. Therefore, only bulk built after 2011 is permissible for import.

Since price plus tax of second hand bulk is close to new building ship, more and more local Owner want to build bulk carrier as per their requirements.

This ship is a 60,000DWT bulk carrier, classed by CCS with notation: *CSAD*CSMD, bulk carrier, costal navigation area, ICE CLASS B, ESP, In-water Survey, (S.I.G), FTP.

The ship is with 200m length, 34m width and 12m draught, since model test is done, the body lines will be more optimize, speed and fuel economic will be more competition.
