The vessel, as a unmanned non-propelled Spilt Hopper Barge classed by BV within Unrestricted Navigation，to be adapt to cooperate Bucket Dredger，Grab Dredger and so on to load and unload mud，sands and rubbles.
DJ Marine is responsible for the approval design of the ship required as the regulation and rules.
