The project is for four (4) series of 17.6K bulk carriers classed by ABS.

When Safe Working Load (S.W.L) of towing fittings is modified in order to meet Port Hedland requirement of Australia, the local supporting structure underneath the relating towing fittings (chock, bollard) shall be reinforced according to strength calculation with the design load (1.25×S.W.L). Namely, SWL of bollards and fairlead were upgraded from 64T to 72T.

DJ marine is responsible for mooring arrangement, reinforcement, and strength calculation of fitting .
