Introduction
The subject vessel is 12,000DWT chemical vessel, named “XUAN NING”.
According to CCS latest requirements, one drum is to be added for each windlass in forecastle deck, and mooring arrangement drawing is to be revised.
DJ marine is responsible for technical service of this project.
